ADHD Rise is an educational platform built for parents raising children with ADHD — and for adults navigating their own ADHD diagnosis later in life. Our work centers on one principle: the most effective intervention for an ADHD nervous system is a regulated, informed, compassionate environment around it. Not behavior charts. Not generic discipline systems. Not the promise that one more trick will finally make everything click.
What we publish
We write deep, research-grounded guides on ADHD across the lifespan. Each article cites peer-reviewed clinical literature, is reviewed for accuracy by a licensed psychologist, and is written for the parent or adult who has already read the surface-level stuff and needs something that goes further. Our editorial style is deliberate: clear, specific, neuro-aligned, and free of the toxic positivity that plagues much of the ADHD content online.
Our growing library covers the topics that matter most to the people we serve:
- Parents — meltdowns, morning routines, homework battles, co-regulation, bedtime, the parent’s own nervous system
- Women with ADHD — late diagnosis, masking, hormones across the cycle, perimenopause
- Adults — burnout, time blindness, executive function, sleep, emotional dysregulation
- Regulation — the window of tolerance, grounding scripts, rejection sensitivity, the science of co-regulation
Our editorial principles
Research-grounded. We cite primary clinical literature — the actual journals where ADHD research is published. We name our sources. We do not invent statistics, paraphrase studies inaccurately, or recycle popular claims without verification.
Reviewed for accuracy. Our content is reviewed by a licensed mental health professional before publication. We make no clinical claims that are not supported by the cited literature.
Practical, not theoretical. Every article is written to be usable. Not academic. Not abstract. Tools, scripts, protocols — the things you can actually put down on Tuesday morning when the meltdown starts.
No toxic positivity. ADHD is hard. Diagnosis is destabilizing. Masking is exhausting. Burnout is real. We do not pretend otherwise. We write for the person who already knows it’s hard and needs the next useful sentence.
Our products
In addition to our free editorial content, we publish digital guides that go deeper than what fits in a single article. The Parent Regulation Guide is our flagship: a 123-page execution playbook for parents of ADHD-diagnosed children, built around the PAUSE Protocol and a 30-day plan to become the regulated parent your child needs. Future products will extend the same approach to adults and other audiences.
