By accessing the Site, subscribing to our content, or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The digital products published by ADHD Rise are educational materials in PDF or similar digital format. They are designed for parents, caregivers, and adults seeking information and practical tools related to ADHD across the lifespan. 3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. The current launch price for The Parent Regulation Guide is $47 USD (one-time payment, regular retail price $94 USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely by ClickBank, our retailer. ADHD Rise does not store or process any payment card information directly.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment via:

  • A download page provided by ClickBank at the conclusion of the checkout process
  • An email containing the download link, sent to the email address you provided at checkout

If you have not received your download within 15 minutes of payment, first check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate the email, contact us at [email protected] and we will resend the link.

5. Refund policy — 60 days, no questions asked

You are entitled to a full refund within 60 days of purchase, no questions asked, in accordance with ClickBank’s standard return policy. To request a refund:

6. Intellectual property

The content of all ADHD Rise digital products is protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the product. You may not:

  • Modify or create derivative works based on the product
  • Use the content for commercial purposes without our express written permission

The text, design, and editorial content of adhdrise.com (including all articles) are also protected by copyright. You may share links to our articles, but you may not republish full articles without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Our products are educational and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend entirely on the individual application of the tools and protocols described, on individual context, and on factors outside our control.
